Co-Pilot training

So I upgraded Raven with the 10 co-pilot points in each category, so her stats should be buffed right? But when I get into a lobby and scroll over her her stats are still at the base value. Is the change invisible or am I doing something wrong?

The displayed stats on the pilot card don't change with training, but they do affect most games (sans skills pvp and custom games, if pilot training is turned off by host)
