Slow motion gameplay!
Hey sometimes when i play with my friends we get slow motion gameplay, and 1 dude on the other team has a ping spiked up to 3000 and boom he gets desynced and we no more have slow motion. The problem is that, the slow motion will continue if he don't get desynced, aka 9 out of 10 times. Why would everyone in the match be punished with this rubish slow motion gameplay instead of just pausing the match for 40 seconds, if he dont get a stable ping by then we other players gets a chance to kick him out of the game, or decide to keep him if needed... I don't see any clear reasons for this slow motion gameplay, i have a stable ping at 25 and i have a fair enough pc for this game.

It's not a peer to peer connection at all (except for voice chat). AirMech uses a modified version of Lockstep, which means all clients must stay in sync. If one player is lagging, everyone will slow down so that the match can continue. A desync occurs when one or more clients simulate the match differently. This prevents almost all forms of cheating in multiplayer, with the drawback being the shared lag you experienced.

And i have another question, why has this game never had a high peek on players? lmao this game is good and free but like only 60 plays it.
