I did the account transfer right when it was available to do so, even after updating TOF on Steam and finding my server (The Glades), I'm unable to log into my account. I've logged in multiple times through email, gmail, and steam, and it still logs me in as a new player. I've tried everything and nothing is working.

I am not sure why. I did it right when it was available to do so as well back then and have no issues accessing my account. I need more information to know what went wrong. For example, did you transfer it to another email? If so, make sure to log in via that email. But I am a little confused, it almost seems like you don't even know which was your actual account or email you transferred to, if you say you tried to log in through various methods. That does not work. You simply gotta use the ONE email you transferred to. When you log in with that, it will let you send a verification code to you email (much like you did when transferring your account too back then) you can then use to log in with. Once you've done that, you need to add a password to the account. Additionally, if you are still struggling, you could try redoing the transfer via the transfer page. For that, ensure to log in by using the original log in you used for the previous publisher, first, then to the transfer, There are videos online on how to do the transfer too you could look up if need be.
Go to https://toweroffantasy-global.playerinfinite.com/events/accounttransfer/en/index.html and login to your Level Infinite account. It will provide the Account ID of the Perfect World Games account your progress was transferred to. Try contacting Customer Service with that information.

I did do the transfer with the same email I've always used, I know my account, it just won't me log in, it keeps making my account look like a brand new level 1 account. I also went to the transfer page on their official site and it keeps telling me I need to "link a Perfect Worlds Games account to transfer data" (which I did already as it shows me logged in next the FAQ section on the top of the page.

Nevermind, I finally was able to log in, I just had to exit the launcher after relogging in.

try deleting the account that you created and try the email again, I heard that worked for some people
