Important to note: You have until [April 24, 2025] to perform the data transfer.

-How do I know if my data has been transferred correctly?
If at the end of the entire data transfer process you have received the message
✔️[Your Tower of Fantasy data transfer request has been submitted.]
then your data has already been transferred correctly.

-Please when entering the game or the launcher, verify that you are logged in via
E-Mail [Method where they send you a code to your email], dont use other methods such as Google account, Facebook, Steam and others.

-In the server menu, select the server where you were playing [Not only the region, also the name of the server you were playing before.], if the Server do not appear, scroll down, some are hidden.

-Your character name will not appear on the server list as it was before.

Please try to remember exactly which server you were playing, your character name will not appear in the server list, so you will have to manually select the same server you were playing

Don't panic if you can't find your account/think you might have messed up the transfer, you still have plenty of time to figure it out.

This post should honestly be pinned cause man it is such a relief that my account isn't axed, with all the confusion
Only thing now that's an issue is the binding account and how I have the same Account ID for my email that my Steam and Google account have. So binding is weird at the moment

the quickest solution: go back to the web page where you perform the transfer and where random numbers have appeared, the important one is [perfect world games account], later when you enter the game and IMPORTANT [login by Email, do not use other methods] after logging in go to the game settings, the cog icon which is in the upper right corner of the screen and when you open the game settings menu, press the [account center] button
this is the important thing if the number that appears there matches the same one that appeared on the official transfer page, everything is correct, if it does not match, you have made a wrong step

Here you can use your data that you were normally playing with before the publisher change, Google, Facebook, Level infinite Account and more but [ONLY here in this step]
