Made a transfer, but my account got deleted anyway.

Like it's said, I've made account transfer on the second day when it was available and it said it was successful, but when I launched the game today; my whole over 700 hours progress was gone... Has something like that happened to anyone else?.

Same here, tried two servers but no chars on them. Maybe the account transfer still needs to be done?

Yeah I'm still updating but when I went to get the rewards from the event page it says "no eligible characters found" so I'm not holding my breath:P.

I am in the same boat, this has me worried cause I know I did the account transfer several times.

Okay good news, I was downloading the game on my phone and PC to check and when I signed in on my phone my character didn't initially appear but when I chose the world I played on my character was there.

So if your character is missing try and remember which server you played on and check it.

Alright, thanks everyone, it works. For some reason I had to press "switch account" and then log through email, 'cause it wouldn't let me play the game on steam while I was connected with steam XD, it's kinda weird, but I'm glad It's not deleted after all

Once you enter the game, there's the main menu with nemesis on screen,where you have server selection and on top right of the screen, you have something like gear icon; press it and the press on "account center". If you're already logged on some account there should be "switch account" option, click it, choose to log through email etc. I couldn't get into the server and doing this helped me.
