Don't even bother.
If it is this much of a muck around to transfer data, I'm out. It has linked a level 0 account to my main account and now wont let me bind my level 45 account to the new account because of the existing level 0 account. About $250 worth of purchases down the drain and 40+ hours of my life. I was assured this would be a streamlined process but you have messed this up beyond repair. I wish i could play it but I refuse to start all over again. You have been successful at linking a useless account instead of my actual progression. Well done, low IQ crew.

This game stole $250 worth of products and progression off me, I will never get that back.

It's not linking accounts that is not yours. it's transfering yours accounts that you gave to transfer. Level 0 character cause you choose wrong server. Choose yours and login fully into the game via email you provided for transfer if your transfer is complete.

Also accounts are not transfered the day you confirmed transfer. You will need to wait some time when they complete your transfer.

To Help Some People:

For me, i thought i had lost mine. But I did not. You have to:

0. Download and install the New Client from the website. The old one I had wouldn't upgrade or change over to the Transferrred.

1. Login using the [Sign in with Email] option only. Make sure that the UID number matches the one you had from the Transfer Webpage when you login with the email.

2. Keep in mind after the email login your UID in the Client under the Settings Button (cog wheel on upper right) with the Character Picture will still say UID: 00 and Lvl 1, ignore it.

3. After exiting the Settings Menu, make sure to Click the Server Button Listed above the Enter Button on the Main Screen, and Pick the Old Server Name you had your character on.

(This is the Part above that I messed up on multiple times, and thought something was wrong).....

If you pick a server your Character was not on, it's just going to start a new game. You can force close the Client in Windows and Restart it to get out and try to Pick the correct Server Name if you don't remember which Server you had.

For any one else having issue, there is a Transfer Schedule. You can also use the Customer Service Button under the Settings Cog to Submit a Ticket for your issue.
Click -> Contact Us -> Account Problems -> I forgot my account login info -> and Click the Fill in button at the bottom. Fill out the form, try to fill out as much as you can remember with images if necessary, and Click Submit. The Client will Automatically open the same support ticket after you Submit it, so you don't have to re-find it.
rather than blaming others for your skill issue, just use your brain more....
