Lost Account - Possible account transfer delay.
A lot of people are reporting a lost account. I went to the Level Infinite site for transferring your account and it says it was already done, so I compared the PWG account number it showed on the site to the one it shows in game. They are both the same, so I think there is going to be a delay in the transfer, so we may have our characters back in a few days. I have no info that would confirm this, I'm just guessing.

Same issue here. I am logged into my account and I did the transfer the other day but when I log into my server Radiant, it tries to start a new character up. So yeah. Really hope its not lost forever. I have alot of time and money in my account and will not be starting over.

they are sendind only AI response on email, they wont help, you lost your account, same as lost mine, prepare to sue the company

I still got mine, I just had to scroll down to find the right server. They didn't make it clear that you can scroll down to find more servers. Europe has about 24 servers, I think, didn't count them.
sadly, I tried every server, none showed any progression on them, guess I can't play until the hotfixes happen, if my account isn't wiped.
To Help Some People:

For me, i thought i had lost mine. But I did not. You have to:

0. Download and install the New Client from the website. The old one I had wouldn't upgrade or change over to the Transferrred.

1. Login using the [Sign in with Email] option only. Make sure that the UID number matches the one you had from the Transfer Webpage when you login with the email.

2. Keep in mind after the email login your UID in the Client under the Settings Button (cog wheel on upper right) with the Character Picture will still say UID: 00 and Lvl 1, ignore it.

3. After exiting the Settings Menu, make sure to Click the Server Button Listed above the Enter Button on the Main Screen, and Pick the Old Server Name you had your character on.

(This is the Part above that I messed up on multiple times, and thought something was wrong).....

If you pick a server your Character was not on, it's just going to start a new game. You can force close the Client in Windows and Restart it to get out and try to Pick the correct Server Name if you don't remember which Server you had.

For any one else having issue, there is a Transfer Schedule. You can also use the Customer Service Button under the Settings Cog to Submit a Ticket for your issue.
Click -> Contact Us -> Account Problems -> I forgot my account login info -> and Click the Fill in button at the bottom. Fill out the form, try to fill out as much as you can remember with images if necessary, and Click Submit. The Client will Automatically open the same support ticket after you Submit it, so you don't have to re-find it.
Couple of things to check (I thought I lost my account too until I check these)

1. Make sure the number that you transfer your account MATCH (I log in using the WRONG account in PWG)
2. The "preview" does not work until you actually log into the server (I know that the OP said, they log in and get create new character, this means either it is not transfer or wrong server (which is unlikely but I figure I mention it))

Not sure if this may help anyone but just in case what I did was:
The transfer:
1) I went to transfer page and there it ask for a Level infinite account.
2)Loged in to the LI account with my email + a code that was sent to said email.
3)Agreed to all the stuff it ask for
4)then asked for the perfect world account, there I used an email and a code that was sent to it just like before.
5)then it show info of the LI account being transfer to the PW account and said yes.


The login on Steam:
The game auto updated for me.
1) I click play and a PW launcher opened, this launcher started to download stuff.
2) click play on launcher once it finish updating the game.
3) inside the game client it asked me for a login to which I give the mail used for the Perfect world account. game sent code to that email, I pasted that code and loged with that. Game warns me that I need to create a password inside the game.
4)Search for the server I was in, but it did not show my character name on said server.
5)Loged in anyway and character was actually in the same place I left it with all his stuff.
6)created a password in the option menu inside the game and then exit it.
7)loged back with mail and new created password and no problem.
8)then rebind steam from inside the game options and exit the game.
9)then start the game again and it auto log me in with no password or code or anything.

I was trying the wrong server. I didn't know I could scroll down, but I did find the right server and my character was there ^w^

YAY!! Awesome. That is a relief! :) (I would go bonkers if I lost my character)

man I had my character in the old Coconderu server (i dont remember the spelling) but this server isn there anymore lmao I am so clown rn

Was this part of the server merge?

I do not see the server that was merging.

This was the 2022 server list (older list)

If you don't remember the server spelling, you could be picking the wrong server entirely.
If you created any in game pictures or screenshots from the old client, and you didn't turn the option off, your server name you used is listed in the lower right hand corner.

That is why I post a list of the older servers and server merge list hoping the OP can find it the old server (note I cannot find the server originally named)
