Extreme graphic settings vs Original?

I mean, it's quite confusing at first, at the right of Ultra in each setting there's also an "Original" category, which I would assume is better than ultra. Can't find any noticable difference but I don't understand what this "Original" graphic settings means. Anyone? Thanks!

personally i think original is the raw uncompressed texture file so best resolution

This is likely what it is. But considering this is game doesn't have a lot of details in the texturing, you won't really see much improvement, if any.
