Normally this is supposed to come with the game installation files, but some companies neglect to include all of the required files.

Thanks for your extended help in my endeavor. Unfortunately, I already have the latest version of DirectX installed. :/
I am now trying to reinstall my NVIDIA Graphics Card Driver and hope that this will work out.
You don't need the lateste version of direct x.
Each package of direct x comes in series.
You have 32 bit dx, and 64 bit dx.
2010-2015 are one bundle, and 2016-2019 are another bundle.
Your gonna have to install them all sadly until you figure out which one you need.
