Overtime Account Deletion

It's been a long time since I played game or logged into my account. I played a bit of the vera region when it first came out but left the game for a long time I finally decide to log back in yesterday along to discover my email is unregistered even with password reset meaning my account is completely gone. So I'm asking the question did something happen between 2.1 and 3.1 in which got wiped from the servers or do the developers just delete your account if it's been inactive for a certain amount of time?

Some servers got fused into new ones.
But no accounts deleted as far as i know (friend played first week of the game and then quit, came back a month ago and account still there)

that's the thing i've been gone for more then a month a couple of months infact that's why I was asking if they some type of policy where they delete your account if it's been in active for to long.

There is not policy for any game running company to just delete account on whim since that would be simply stupid for the company to do (as it would just push people away) even for merge of servers that should still be fine.
How ever there are maybe 2 reasons why the account is gone
1 You could end up flagged as RMT and got banned but since the game never had proper trading or any trading in general as far i remember its unlikely.
2 Or just simple ban i recall many bans from many months ago about some illegal obtain of materials donno anymore.
You most likely will need the support but i doubt that company will be much to react or reply least what i know from my own experience.
I left the game many months ago so we most likely may be in same boat but i don't plan to come back to it as its way cash hungry either way good luck.

i havent played for a very very very very long time and my account is still there so you problably logged in with wrong account.
