Gender/sex
Hi,
Can't change woman to man ? I mean not the profile, to change the look (I have change profile but does nothing at look).
I seek for some solution, please ?

No, you cannot change the appearance of your actual character without using the in-game shop.

It's literally called "Sex change card." It costs 680 Tanium in the shop
