Where is my free SSR?

The website said I would get to pick one after 20 days of making my character and finishing the tutorial mission, but I've not got anything and I'm well beyond the 20 days and already helping Zeke against the baddies.

Click the gift box at the top right. It takes you to several on-going events, one of them is - or perhaps, was - the new player event where you get rewards for reaching certain milestones. The SSR box is part of that event - you have to unlock it first, it is not simply given to you.

its at an event called - Newcomer Event also known as Starpath Navigation
Its a limited-time Event in Tower of Fantasy where players can earn luxurious rewards by completing missions. Players can obtain rewards by reaching point milestones, which can be raised by earning points from completing missions, once you reach a score of 700 you will get an SSR Weapon Box
(SSR Weapon Box is an item that can obtained from the Starpath Navigation event. Upon opening, you may select one of the following weapons to obtain:
SSR Thunderblades
SSR Rosy Edge
SSR Icewind Arrow
SSR Absolute Zero
SSR Scythe of the Crow
SSR Chakram of the Seas
SSR Negating Cube
SSR Dual EM Stars
SSR Molten Shield V2

Yeah I never saw any "Starpath Navigation" on my game anywhere, so I'll assume that I'm just ♥♥♥♥♥♥ and missed that chance.

Starpath navigation is on every new account created, i doubt that was removed.

What the point for this box? Started to play it yesterday. Already got 2 SSR Chars and 1 Double. I don't donate in games. I mean if i play like this for 20+ days then i get this do i even need it THAT bad?

I swear I can't find it anywhere on my interface and I've not claimed anything that would let me pick an SSR weapon; so either I'm ♥♥♥♥♥♥ and lost it or it's well hidden.

wasn't at lvl 40? And the account has to be 20 days old if I well remember.

I thought it was 2 separate events though? thats together. Either way thats where it should be. Click the present at the top right.

Really didn't follow the event so it could honestly be one. But you at least know where it is now. You need 700 points for the ssr box i believe. I got 150 and i only got to level 14. Isnt hard.

It's there for people who want a specific character and haven't been able to pull them from the gacha.

it probably did but was lost in some of the event menu windows. theyre hard to find navigating... ):
