Questions about steam download
I see the download size as 26gb.

1. Is this the updated game?
2. Does steam again launch the TF desktop app? if so
3. How can i combine the already downloaded desktop app to steam?

You have to re download on steam, thats what they said in FAQs

3. Use your account credentials in the game launcher that opens via steam

Win + R steam://install/2064650 click ok wait for download have fun
