How do i make the screen bigger?

I have horrible vision, and the screen is WAY too tiny for me to see correctly. Is there a way to enlarge it?

Another solution that's kind of ghetto (but I actually personally prefer myself since it guarantees aspect ratio) is to use Windows Magnifier. The shortcut to start that would be pressing both Start and +. (Start and - to make smaller, and Start + Esc to exit).
