Resolution problem

Hello, everyone,
I would need your help, basically this friend of mine wanted to play to the moon, as soon as she started the game she could only see "half" of the whole game, it wouldn't go in 16:9 or anything.
She has a monitor in 2160 (should be 4k), would someone please be kind enough to know if there is a way to put a lower resolution or something???.

With my 1080 monitor, the game automatically puts me in 16:9, I don't understand why it doesn't work with her. Maybe just because it has a 4k screen?

I'm ordered a 4K emulator, since i just don't have space or need for a huge dpi display.
Try press F1 or F3 and see if you can change display options. Windowed might be the only way to play the game otherwise. I'm assuming you are on Windows, and really guessing for now at what is going wrong. Let us know if you are still struggling.

Pretty sure 4k will work, the trick is really in the details, most 4k displays either support a downscale to 3 or 2k or other options, so it's going to probably require having all the actual display supported modes available, but I think the 4k emulator might give some clues. I'm away from home, back in the week. I find it funny that more people have not shared 4k issues, it might be specific to the display your friend has in the end.
