Worked for me last time, actual screen native resolution and display setting? I have a 4K and have it set to 2560x1440 and the game goes full-screen, but will always have black borders top and bottom, because it was designed for older systems before 4K became so popular. Note, you can also open the app folder and use "compatibility settings", But I'm only guessing still... Windows or something else?
