New Energie Management System

I saw Cyanide sometimes answers discussions here. I would be happy if they also can answer my question here. Because I would like to understand the new energy management system a bit more.

I realised that the green bar is much more important than the years before. But how can I save energy? How das the green bar exactly work? Does the AI also have the green bar? Because when I play sometimes it looks like they dont't have fatigue problems.

The whole game is just broken also with the new mm stat its impossible to create a rider anymore that could win the 5 monuments i always loved my pro cyclist career trying to win as much classics and they have ruined it the hill stat is just almost completely irrelevant

Yes something is wrong. Bars reducing somehow depends less on the heart rate. I had a heart rate at which the yellow bar fell while my teammate had a heart rate higher by 7-9 and the yellow bar did not fall. its impossible in last years.

Was it ever possible? You would need good sprint, top level cobbles, top level hills and some mountain. Plus, somehow, my riders always end up with crappy END/STA ratings so they get destroyed after 150 km.

If you go for stage races, stamina is so low..

you have to go sprinter/baredeour

It's even lower for stage races? I always go SPR/HIL every year and get crap secundary stats.
