Career mode level development
When I reach a new level, I can't choose what I want to develop, only the pre-defined setting that I started with, a GC rider, for instance.

found the same thing too. im stuck of stage development and im like, but i want climber... so i dunno. hope it unlocks more as you go.

You should be able to set specific trainings in the fitness tab, so you can increase the % of focus on other areas. At least that's what we've been able to see on beta testers, I don't own the game so can't help you anymore.

Apparently, the pourcentages reset each season, is it a bug ?
I mean, if it is intended to be like that, I think it's a problem if you trained for months to have a good level up, but you don't get enough xp, get to the next season, see your trainings got reset, level up a bit after like in january or february, and then you can't train on what you wanted :/

If i understand correctly, you need to avoid to do too much races to avoid to level up too fast if you don't have your targeted trainings at 100% ?
I saw somewhere where you can gain more stat points if training is at 100%.

I cant adjust my specific training because none of them are available. Not even pre-defined setting Sprinter. What to do? I dont want to be Mark Cavendish after 3 levels.

automatic level up will be a issue.
Would be better if we can choice when to level up.

Nevermind. My dumb ass did not change the weeks on the training page. You cant adjust the current week

I'm also working on the training plan.
But i belived main axis 50% secondary axis 20% training progress
But i select a stage rider as the main axis and a mountain rider as the secondary axis, then the weekly training for Puncheur is 20% and not for the Mounten rider.
