Do you have an active antivirus on your PC?
Or another software?
What version of Windows are you using?
Hi! No crash report. The game "launches" in steam but the game never actually starts. It's like the game is running alt+tabbed or something. I'm not using any external antivirus, only windows defender and my OS is Windows 11
do you guys have anny other sulution i can try ?
first, please know that it would be easier for us to follow your issue if it is reported there (present at the bottom of our FAQ) : https://nacon.me/PCM23Support
Second, we would like to eliminate any possible unwanted behaviour from either Steam or 3rd party programs. Here is the help from Steam (if you already followed it, pass to the next step) : https://help.steampowered.com/en/faqs/view/5814-D9A3-BE42-62DF
Third but not last, do your game create a log at all ? Please check in %AppData%\Pro Cycling Manager 2023
We would like to get it if there is any through our support website.
If nothing, could you try the next step ?
Fourth and last, you can rename the folder "Pro Cycling Manager 2023" above (in %AppData%\Pro Cycling Manager 2023) to force a reset of the user data.
If this one does the trick, to get any saves back, copy the saves found in the folders guest or of [your_profile] in "WeeklySaves" into the new one, when on the main menu of the game.
Apologizes for the delayed answer, and thank you for bringing the issue up again.
