interpunct character

I've stumbled on a poem that has an interpunct character as seen on this image[i.imgur.com] and it's not readily available on a regular keyboard (I use us-intl). is my only solution to use an alt code for this? I also tried to submit it through the Character Registration but I also am having trouble because it doesn't show up on the key layout provided here[i.imgur.com]

update: looks like typing in the alt-code doesn't work either

FYI this is fixed in the 2.1 update! 2.1 is live on the updatepreview beta branch, and will be live on the default branch tomorrow :D
