What PEGI rating would this game be?

I know im late, but basically it has blood, people being knocked out, people flying out windows, gun violence, people falling through glass, theft (sorta), and destruction of property. You know, the usual american stuff.

I just wanted to second S.A. James Alpaca Conway (#0013)'s opinion, I'd also guess it to be between 12-16, basicly because it could be claimed that you're acting out criminal activities (as in "The player is killing or willingly accepting peoples death to reach his goal").

Here's the what PEGI says out the respective ratings themself:
PEGI 12:
Videogames that show violence of a slightly more graphic nature towards fantasy character and/or non graphic violence towards human-looking characters or recognisable animals, as well as videogames that show nudity of a slightly more graphic nature would fall in this age category. Any bad language in this category must be mild and fall short of sexual expletives.

PEGI 16:
This rating is applied once the depiction of violence (or sexual activity) reaches a stage that looks the same as would be expected in real life. More extreme bad language, the concept of the use of tobacco and drugs and the depiction of criminal activities can be content of games that are rated 16.


If this is about convincing your parents then I can vouche that you already possess games that are more harmful for minors than this one ;-)

The violence isn't very graphic because of the pixelated artstyle. The language however might be a bit offensive. I think someone told the protagonist to "grow a ♥♥♥♥ and shove it up his ass".
