Hi,
When a tree's vitality reaches 80%, it generates a tree-dome and acts as a natural oxygen center.
Any building under a tree-dome has no energy consumption. People don't get sick during the winds and also don't consume oxygen-tanks under a tree-dome. Trees require a lot of water in order to reach the required vitality for creating a tree-dome. During a rainy or snowy day, trees don't require water.
(You can find this info in the Help-Trees Menu)
Your tree worker doesn't consume oxygen-tank under a tree-dome (if the tree has already reached the required vitality percentage). You can simply check his/her Oxygen-tank bar.
Here are the possible reasons that your worker would go out of the dome and consume his/her oxygen-tank:
-Gather water for the tree (Storage visit)
-Canteen or storage visit for drinking water or eating some food
-Decoration visit
-Cafe visit
Hope it helps
And i track him and he walk straight to the container house and that is the reason why i make this post where i know my tree worker should not consume oxygen when the tree have his tree-dome op and running.
I also now about :
-Gather water for the tree (Storage visit)
-Canteen or storage visit for drinking water or eating some food
-Decoration visit
-Cafe visit
When i track him i had left the tree he working on and he was still inside the tree-dome and the activityinfo said exactly :
-Activity : Oxygen-tank filling.
-Carries:
EDIT :
Here it happened again where my tree worker went in to the tree-dome with oxygen left and then he work 2 second and turn around to filling up his air tank, he working with the trees and the tree-dome have air and still he need air supply in the houses,do you not see anything is wrong here ?

By the way here is the screenshot from the first worker :

Your tree-workers' oxygen tanks are empty on your screenshots. Maybe you think there is a little oxygen left in the oxygen-tank-bar but nope, they're empty. Therefore, it's normal that they're going for oxygen-tank filling.
Hope it helps
If they run empty "on the way to the tree-dome" "outside the tree-dome" then i understand but that is not the case, as you see on both screenshot they are still inside the tree-dome.
So they've already consumed their oxygen-tanks and decided to go for oxygen-tank filling (before they entered the tree-dome). Probably they carried water to the tree and then continued with their needs. This may happen with other basic needs, too.
Ok so let us say he was on the way to the tree and carrying water then he have 1 activity and now after he had delivered the water who take about 2-3 second then the lack of oxygen should not cicks in when he is on a place who produce oxygen even when his oxygen tank was empty when he arrived because that place have air and his work is inside a tree-dome who produce air.
What should happen is that he should immediately start to work to the stages other needs pop up and then he should filling his oxygen tank as number two on the list because why waste time to filling a oxygen tank when the workplace have oxygen.
Basically the lack of oxygen activity should disapper as long he is inside the tree-dome,is that so hard to understand.
