Great game, I agree, I got it in a 1C complete publishing library bundle back in 2012 (along with You Are Empty and Stalin's Subway) There was a ton of good stuff from Russia and Eastern European countries.

Vivisector was a standout, really fun title. I hope they give it a new port so it can work on current hardware.

well yes, it's kind of strange and sad that ukrainian developers got their own sale weekend at steam but true pioneers of ukrainian gamedev such as Action Forms, Deep Shadows, Best Way and many many other studios still not present. Hey boys, we got money$$$ and we need your games !

2005 , at this Time you could play Half Life 2, Doom 3, Far Cry, Quake 4.......

Vivisector had a bad performance, bad graphics even for 2005 and it was a game bout following green lights.

Even Bet on Soldier was a better Game than this One.

nah vivisector was jank but good jank combat was fun , atmosphere was neat , the story was deliciously cheesy , the localised damaged and gore details was impresive and in term of graphics it wasn't the best around but it was decent , definitly not crap like some people are claiming

If there will be an updated version on Steam i will try it again.

I'd buy that in a heartbeat. I've been trying to get it to run on my pc forever and it crashes on startup

If you give it time you will discover a very entertaining fps. no wonder this at one time was going to be a new Duke nukem game and it shows,

I got it working on windows 11 right now.
What happens when you try to start it?
could you be specific about what happens when it crashes?
