That's how co-creator Cory Walker used to draw Eve in the comics, actually. Ryan Ottley refined the art style when he took over, and the cartoon looks more like what the series became, whereas the game is clearly inspired by Walker's early issues. So, I found Eve's fivehead rather nostalgic.

in the comics, were her lips so big they look like she had too much filler?
also were the lips too close under the nose, which causes the chin to look weirdly large too?

Walker drew a lot of fiveheads in the early issues of the comic, not just on Eve, but it's a bit of a stretch to say that the style here is reminiscent of his...

Her look in the game reminds me more of those Charlie Kirk memes from a year or so ago that made fun of his face looking to small for his head.

It's really just the main idle pose where she looks off-model. Granted, it's the one you're looking at for most of the game, but all the other drawings for cutscenes and such are more traditionally balanced. Even the comic had some oddly drawn panels. Besides, some people just have weird faces and can still be attractive. Anya Taylor-Joy comes to mind, and would be excellent casting for a live-action Invincible movie imho.
