I don't have any controllers plugged in when I play with m+k, just like in this case.
Is this something that's on the radar to be fixed sometime soon? I have no intention of playing with KB+M, but playing with a controller is basically impossible. The game will dip into the low 10's and 20's at an irregular (but frequent) pace, and otherwise be fine in the 100's or higher.
The hotfix made the fps better when playing on normal speed, but the low fps is still there when playing on fast speed. This is unfortunate for people who have played these type of games for hundreds of hours and need the fast speed.
Also there's now a graphical bug where a weird screen wide light flickers in and out. Epilepsy dangerous flickering.
Here's a new video of the fps and the graphical bug:

These problems are very bad. I hope you'll be able to fix these problems asap, especially the flickering light because it can cause serious health problems for some.
I've played too many games in this genre that I can't play on normal speeds anymore. If this doesn't get fixed, I can always refund and check this game on a later date after more patches.
This is the exact line of thinking I had when I was reading the recommendation to reduce the game from Fast speed. If that's Fast speed...I don't want to play Normal. I didn't consider Fast all that fast, the pace seemed fine. It was just jittery as all hell.
Just a quick note since we're talking about performance, I still notice a massive drop for about a second after choosing a card. Absolutely nothing in comparison to how it was before but there's definitely still some room for improvement.
