Derived Combat Skills

Does anyone know of an accurate list of derived combat skills. The ones I could find are all over the place. One will say you need 8 of one stat and 6 in a skills, and another walkthrough will say you need 6 in the stat and 5 in 2 skills. It's absolute madness. Why spiderweb hasn't just come out with a guide I will never know. This game is way too old and tedious to require me to play through it to figure out how to unlock the skills.
