Grindstone Recipe

I am curious if something changed and didn't see anything about this...
I can not find the recipe fore the grindstone at all. I tried all hints, tips and tricks videos I can find and still have yet to find the recipe. I uninstalled, delete everything and restarted and still not found it. Any info/help would be greatly appreciated.

Nothing has changed but you must be holding a forged hammer for it to show up. Same for greater smelter, stone cutter and a couple others.

This is likely the step you missed OP. Buy the hammer from the merchant, equip it and it will show you all the stone tier buildables.
