What does Resource Blocking Radius mean in the Ruleset options?
As the title states, am I just being dumb? I can't for the life of me understand what it actually means.

Except it doesn't really work... I've left it at the default of 10 meters and still have stuff spawning right under, and through, my floors. I'm increasing it incrementally now to see if it will work at all...
