Ambrosia Nectar for shrine

Does anyone know aprox. how many Ambrosia Nectar's i would need for the shrine challenge? And should you start as soon as you wake up or something?

I am close to starting this quest and I'm curious as well . the quest says for an entire day , so does that mean can't sleep to advance the night to day ?

After I rested I drank 1 right away, the next one I drank after the timer went to seconds, rinse repeat for a total of 5.

top tip: set your phone timer for 9 mins countdown, pop the potion when it goes off, reset.
rinse and repeat as said previous for 5 times(day=45mins?)

I think by default the days are 40 minutes and the nights 20.

5 and just watch the timer when it hits 15 seconds drink the next potion.

Not sure if my experience was bugged, but it looks like the timer resets if you go through a portal.

I made 7 but 5 is enough and use a clock on your phone or what ever and set it to alarm every 9 minutes then use a ambrosia potion again do this to you se the quest is done and open the doors! And it can be night and day so only go on to the quest is done!!

I did this and it still did not let me open the shrine doors. I made sure it never lapsed, through a whole day and night. Not sure what I did wrong...

is your quest log showing it as incomplete? Or does it say "open shrine doors" and the doors are disregarding your input?

It showed as incomplete. I tried it for a second day and it worked this time. I think it didn't work the first time because I didn't have the quest open/tracking it?
