And once it's been done, open up Image2Graffiti, then you go to Steam folder in program files, then go to userdata/[Number]/205950 and you should see and then try looking in locals/remote and see if you found the right save data folder for it to keep the custom graffiti you've set up incase if you're gonna change them each time you start the game.
The custom ones you'll have to make would be for small, medium and large would be 128 X 128, ( For small ), 256 x 128 ( For medium ) and 512 X 128 ( For large ). Then once if done, you'll may need to restart the game if you're doing it while the game is loaded, then go to graffiti and you should see an E with an green background that has custom graffiti in it and you should porbably be able to use it by now.
