Any Mods for This Game?
I'm curious if there are any mods for the steam version of this game. I mainly want to mod in some music, but I also wouldn't mind if there were custom maps or something.

Also possibly a custom sprays mod

There is not since this made was made in the 90's and this is just a port of the original.

This is a port from dreamcast, I don't even think this engine practically exists anymore

Strange, I found a grafitti importer, But I guess I must be imagining things.

What Vyvyn said, there are some basic things, but nothing major.

It's doable, and it's also fun to play with. But there are limitations due to the nature in which the game handles the music files. You can replace audio assets with tracks of any length I believe, but you cannot add in additional ones. Audio assets are called upon multiple times at different points in the game; tracks inside one stage also play in others later in the game. They also are not full tracks, but rather segmented tracks which roll into one another with drum loops and interludes. Anything that you make with it could sound rather good but also a little disjointed. To change the files you need to find some software that can open and shut the .ARC zipped format. Then you can replace the audio assets with your own which need to be .ogg files (audacity will do this sort of conversion for you). Making the game sound exactly as the original PAL release might not be possible, because of the way that tracks are played and called upon more than once on different stages.

In summary; yes, it's easy enough to replace music files, but no, it's not easy to add additional music files.

If you still want to play with it knowing that then go for it.

There's a graffiti importer on Google Code, use v4 instead of v5.

Also, as Valucian stated, the music in this game is implemented in a very strange way that isn't very mod friendly, and in my on opinion I'd say it just isn't worth the trouble. The music in-game is pretty great anyway, once you get past the tutorial. Yes, even the Rob Zombie one.
