def controller, as most of the motions when you spray graffiti require the turn of a joystick, which is incredibly hard to do with keys (personally i use a ps3 controller with the scp toolkit)

Controller. I don’t use keyboard for ports of console games.

it's incredibly easy. you just press WDSA in order for a clockwise turn, and any other key order as necessary for any other shape
