It adds up every time you start the mission and accomplish it, aka: get points for it (=kill the main target).
The better you play, the more points you get per playthrough (for me the best score so far was 501.901 for a single playthrough).
But still...a lot of playthroughs to reach the 50.000.000 goal :)

only 1.9 million - dont really know how i could get any more? all headshots except for the three from the helicopter with 1 body shot for all 3.

Streaks you need are headshots, moving kills, and just kills. if you get moving kills via headshots that's 3 streaks, you want to get them all within about 5 seconds per kill, as this keeps the streak going (if you see blue text saying kill streak, headshot streak, or moving kill streak) then you've failed to maintain the streak.

My total score is just over 15,000,000. My best score in one game is about 2,200,000.

Got it by making rapid headshots that hid the bodies. Also only wasted 2 bullets, one to push a stuck body over the edge and one to open the elavator. Then at about 10 minutes just over half the guards are dead so I kill the main target so his body is hid and then I wait untill their are no more opotunities to kill in a way that hides the body (bonus points and keep the silent assasin. Trust me I have only found one guard that cant be killed at some point in a way that hides his body) , then I kill the remainders in a way that wont alert the remaining guards.

I get the silent assasin modifier (doubles the score) and then if you complete all the challanges (Just look it up, some of them are things you would never think of doing) you get a permanent x2.6 modifier to your score. I always see if I can get atleast headshot kill streaks of 2. Just use the hair triggier to get thoose trick shots. This is my stratergy but their are obviously MUCH better ones as people have been getting 20,000,000...

Total score of 55mil, best round of 2.85mil. Really don't know how to top that.

Btw it's funny how almost everyone here is at 3mil plus for best round. I'm in the top 1% worldwide with my high score which means people here are either lying, or everyone comes here to boast, like I am. Meh.
