I don't see any other missions to unlock. according to I_LOVE... there is only the one mission. if anyone finds more missions and a way to play please let me know.

I believe those are objectives you complete on the one map.
I have most of those completed now. you are talking bout the pigeons, gnome and the likes right?

hityer tab shift and go to the rightside where it says manuals and click on top one and it'll tell ye what to do to get them accomplished.

no updates on the sniper challenge to my knowledge, as limited as it is. just the one mission with multiple objectives to finish, get lots of money and it unlocks in game perks and the likes. i have 5 plus hours on it so far and am about done unlocking stuff I think. the real thing is trying to get the high score over everyone online. there are some impossible scores to beat out there.

you unlock stuff that helps in story mode from what I have seen. plus you get to compare your scoe against others in the world to see if you are better at it than they.

I haven't started Absoution yet and wonder how Sniper fits in with the Absolution story--not the Contracts.

I guess the only thing important for me is what Sniper inventory might carry forward into Absolution?

I didn't do sniper first I am playing through both. I have 5 hours on sniper and haven't unlocked it all yet. I think I would do it the way I am doing it now. there is so much to unlock in game that when I replay the gtame on a harder diffuculty level it will be nice to have the stuff unlocked.
