i think in the beta i heared that they cant be traded if you find a spare, but then im wondering what do to with them, the might be a way to dismantle them for PCB chips or something? one of my friends got a duplicate blue recipe chip too, but i hope something can still be done with them) :)
They're not fully worthless but they might as well be and kill my enjoyment.
And until right now I didn't remember that I still got all the things I picked up in the mission.
It's such a bad reward it short circuits anything I did in the game and makes me want to stop playing the moment I see it. It's not even the only reward sometimes. But just seeing that one of my rewards was completely useless makes me sad and quit.
best thing is to try (with practice) to not let it get you sad :) just think of all the cool things that could happen instead
for example:
- class chip you already have
- swap it for medkits random trade
- swap medkits for fuel
- swap fuel for mister veggies
- swap mister veggies for chemtrails
- dismantle for glass and acid (or mostly acids in beta)
- trade those for several clan tradition whiskeys to help in the fight against quasimorphs
= you still win
Nails are crossbow ammo so = win
