How do you use grenades?

Hi friends just bought the game, seems fun so far, I am doing the tutorial and I skipped the tip on using grenades. Any help is appreciated.

Open inventory, you have 2 slots in the middle of the screen. You can put there grenades

You have to equip them in fast slots (In the middle bottom of the screen) then press the corresponding number to throw

Alternatively put them in Shake grenade launcher

(hi if you put them in the grenade launcher, i think it changes the detonation time to be 1, at least for some of the grenades as it's impact-based, so careful if you were planning to use a Thermal one to go off later, its not the same as just throwing)
