Where do you get the phase bomb?(spoilers)

I wanna upgrade travel module, but I'm unsure what mission you are supposed to complete to get the phase bomb. I've completed the Ancom one where you get the skull, the one with pirates where you ransack some space complex and I don't see anything else story-wise that I can tackle anywhere.
There's a station on, I think, Jupiter with Tianmen(some unique corpo that isn't present anywhere else in the galaxy), but it doesn't have any mission available. Also, I tried to avoid Quasis, so I've never used that feathered totem thing, but I heard they have missions too.

You get it in the Xiomara's storyline. To start it have negative reputation with Tezctlan, fly to Venus, read dialogues.

А что делать, если уничтожить тецклан до появления этого квеста ?
Я его уничтожил ещё в начале игры... А летать на Венеру проверять - это время, за это время все поднимут уровень технологий и будет ещё сложнее.

Хмхмхм, хороший вопрос.
Можешь сделать бекап сейва, они находятся тут C:\Users\%username%\AppData\LocalLow\Magnum Scriptum LTD\Quasimorph и проверить.
Вообще если миссия против уничтоженной фракции, но бенефициар живой, то миссия все равно будет.
Но у Ксиомары особый случай появления.

Oh, so this mean if you actually want to use that stuff, you need to ♥♥♥♥ over tezclan before ? cause am trying to do the story line pro Tezclan so is it gonna be a big problem or not ?

You always can do the Xiomara's story line before or in the middle of the Tezctlan's one.

Я не понимаю, что нужно, что бы появилась корпорация Xiomara...
Либо я что-то поломал в сюжетке и теперь просто играю в свободную игру. Ну есть ещё квест от Гражданского сопротивления. Если это оно, то хорошо, если нет, то видимо будет ещё парочка прохождений игры (Как же я благодарен новым функциям настройки новой игры !!! Огромные рюкзаки для моего танка :D)
И пожалуйста, подправьте логику поведения союзникам... Когда я высаживаюсь делать миссии со своей корпорацией, эта толпа бежит и если в проходе есть красная бочка... Ну вы поняли надеюсь))) Они просто взрываются :D
А ещё сдаются от получения любого урона с шансом 90%... Это странно.

Hmm true, just gona take a bit to redo good fervor i imagine ? to be faire his first quest is rough so it's not bad gettig more experience and the like before starting his stuff

The Tezctlan story lines doesn't require having good rep with him.

Is there something else to this, e.g., another story mission blocking it? I gave the initial data to Ancom, so there's that.

Tezctlan hates me (-100), I've run several missions on Venus en route to other parts of the solar system, and I've spawned several barons there. Do they need a certain presence? They've been stuck vainly trying to gain control of Venus after I cracked down on them early on, and are now the weakest of the factions with only three assets.

"Madness put to good uses": get negative reputation with Tezctlan, after about two weeks you get a message, go and rapture on Venus, absorb pact, fly to mars click on "sinkhole oasis station", gain +75 reputation with RealWare, visit sinkhole oasis and enter stairs

Were barons spawned on Venus, not its satellites?
Then search for a Feathered Serpent Pact in your cargo hold.

Yeah, after looking through the hold (really need to get rid of some of the junk there) it turns out I already had the pact, so all I had to do was absorb it. Mea culpa, I suppose, though it had been some time since I first visited Venus
