Erm... need a hand? Literally (BUG)

For some reason a hand appeared in my inventory, and not a regular body part, but how you see an icon without a weapon equipped. I can equip the hand, using CTRL but can't interract with it any other way. I think it happened after i "recloned" one of my clones, but i'm not sure. Playing the latest beta.
So what do i do with it?

Right click in clone's inventory, equip it and drop it somewhere else, it's just a bugged item
