Help me understand power concentration
I know the difficulty preview of missions is a hot topic. I've read through some of the discussions, but I'm still confused.
So I understand that power concentration seems to give better insights than the difficulty skulls, but this one mission has me puzzled: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3420379834

I'm still pretty much at the beginning of the game. I've played this mission on the side of Sunlight Coven several times and failed miserably. Teztclan is one of the strongest factions currently.
However, other missons with three skulls and a power concentration of ~1300 have been a breeze. So why is this one different?
Am I reading the power concentration wrong? I'm assuming, that the power concentration below the mission I'm undertaking is what I'm gonna be up against.
So in this case 1340, correct? Or is it the other way around, and I'd have to look at the power concentration of the opposing party to gauge the difficulty (so 2760 in this case)?

Would love to see a dev shining some light on the difficulty/power system.

You are against 1340, yeah. Tec starts game with lvl2 tech unlike everyone else in game they could be bit ahead compared to others if you did not sabotage them before, and of course quasis tend to be bit tougher than paper mache slow wage workers.

Then there is of course time pressure from ritual in progress if you get to last floor.

Hmm, I see. I did notice that they have more hitpoints. Thought that kind of thing would be factored into the power concentration somehow.
Well thanks for clearing it up. Guess I'll have to go squash some more paper mache dudes before taking on the big guys.
