It does ramp up the challenge, but this game is all about stealing loot from the dead bodies of the enemies you meet, you very quickly rise to meet that challenge thanks to their loot progression now accelerating your loot progression.
Brand new save file, less than 1 hour /played, and you too can rock a max size backpack and bring in the big hauls right from the get go.

That green heavy/legend armor I'm wearing giving some nice 50 resist ratings... stole that from I think it was a 'Stormtrooper'.
guess what - i just did a random average check, and it looks like even though i only have armour in the 30's, we both had exactly the same average defence values by some coincidence
