Whats that new mark in Stocks next to reputation?

Perhaps i missed something in tutorial popups or patch notes but what does that circle with $ or recycle symbol next to smiley of our standing with group means?

It seems those are remaining exchange points i can cash in at one of corporations stations but some group had ~2k of those and leftover from completed trade cant be that big. Wonder where did this points come from. Are missions partially payed in those?

Yeah and It feels kinda wrong. Specially on stations accepting crafting mats worth of 1-3 points a piece.
Concept itself is prity nice though. Lets stack some points till tec levels up.
