Any reason to play End of Dream?

Story reasons. It may count as a prologue to the story of Quasimorph.

That's what I was mostly curious about. If it's a prequel, or if the content will be covered when you start playing Quasimorph proper.

A lot of demos are basically just the first part of the game, so there's no real need to play them as you'll see it all in the full game anyway.

It's a prequel. Iirc. End of Dream is what starts off the quasimorph crisis, and the game is just us dealing with it.

Nah, its just the demo version, the real game is the original quasimorph.
