Please extend mission times or reduce travel time.

I love the game and its difficulty, however, I have found the mission times to be quite short in comparison to travel times. This often means that I am unable to do missions for my favourite factions, as I am unable to reach the planet in time.

I am unsure what I can do about it other than sitting on the moon and hoping that a mission pops up that I am able to travel to in time.

Some sort of system whereby missions could be extended or maybe a faster travelling system would really alleviate this problem.

You can work around this by making good corporations choices so when they are at 100 you leave them at 100 and just missions against Tetzclan.
So with 6-7 corporations at 100 you can do whatever you want since they will slowly take out tetzclan as well.
It's a bit of endgame knowledge and does require practice but in the long term its not a problem so just play more

I was thinking about this as well and I think it'd be nice to have some way to upgrade your ship engines to get to planets better. Looking at the other planets that seem to be locked I assume that's a real possible upcoming feature.

yes, magnum upgrades are included in the next major patch, the roadmap seems accurate so far
