how to stop Tezctlan

Hello & happy new year!

I played this game for 40+ hours now and i rly enjoy it.
But there is one thing i can't figure out.

Tezctlan is growing faster than all other factions. I accepted much missions against them. But no result... looks like I can't influence it.

Is there a way to weaken this faction?

Currently part of the game is trying to constantly keep them from taking over the system. You may have to take missions against them where the beneficiary is any other faction, even one you may not be friendly with.

Makes sense. I just did missions against them if the beneficiary faction is one of the factions i want as my ally.

I went the opposite route and boosted my rep with them early/mid to setup trades. I think Realware wanted Tez weapons and some of their odds/ends. So I would "Dahmer" my way into a pile of their stuff and then run trades with Realware to bolster my gear. Mid-Late game, I flipped on them and it has proven a solid strat. Human bits and blood bags/thermo coolers paved my way into top end Realware gear which has allowed me to be able to just take everyone's mission against them now.

They grow so fast due to owning a lot of powerful locations. Each location influences power growth for factions, so the absolute best way to slow down Tezctlan is to take conquest missions against them any time they pop up.

Hilariously, Tezctlan doesn't even medal in my play through, not to mention they also have the least assets and I haven't been trying to bash them xD
