Attention: "Ophan" boss creates potentially game-breaking bug

Purchased this on day 1, and just had my first win with it - it was a blast. However, near the end of my run, I experienced a nasty glitch that could easily create a softlock.

The Ophan has the ability to "corrupt space" around its target, essentially scrambling all the tiles like an Orb of Corruption could in the first game. However, it can also destroy the rifts that lead out of the level, and if there are no rifts left once you win the round, you will be unable to exit. You can use a Portal Key to open up new rifts if this happens (this is what I did) but if you don't have one, then you're out of luck.

In conclusion: Until this bug is fixed, try to avoid rifts that contain the Ophan. If you absolutely have to, make sure you bring a Portal Key.

i thought the same thing the first time this happened to me too. but each level you can re-roll the rifts one time by pressing R. in this situation, you can just press R after clearing the level and a new rift will pop up for ya.
