Do you learn English while playing video games?
Hello! My name is Ferrucio Senne and I’m graduating on Language Arts. My final work is a presentation about unintentional learning through game playing. In other words, I intend to show how efficient can be learning while playing in your free time. To help me, please answer this survey:

https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1JTAH5OzW8MCVceMT0juhjxsBRCJiHX5nN0ahZH970PA/viewform

It’s very quick to answer and you will remain anonymous. I’m not collecting any personal information. Answering my survey will help me to fulfill my research and prove an academic thesis. Your help is very important to me and for evolve the games concept to a new degree in the human life.

Thank you for your time and appreciation.

I've leaned English mostly by playing games. I did have english courses (which were mostly garbage but a good initial push) and from movies and books also.

But just keep in mind, people that answer your survey most likely are people that learned english with games, cause people that didn't, didn't bother answering the survey. So your survey is bias in statistical sense.

Also, the survey seem really shallow. I would suggest a more comprehensible survey with more questions and better formulated ones. Native language of each person would be a interesting parameter to know. Age also. Many other things are perninent that weren't questioned. Type of games that most learned would be interesting also, like rpg, action, point-n-click.

FYI: I am Brazillian 25 male, RPG.
