Trouble with Reactor Achievement

Title. I'm not really sure how to get this achievement, as I can usually only manage a x3 or maybe a x4 combo, whereas a x7 seems like it either requires extremely fortunate circumstances or a lot of prior setup. It's the last achievement I have left in this game, so advice would be appreciated.
