You've probably figured it out already.

Ice Bonus stage. Wait for it to loop and freeze two parts, fire one shot to destroy both segments.

Is impossible mate in that level, the chain is too short for unfrozen 2 parts of this :/ (what level is the ice bonus stage, to try again?) Thxs in advantage

Bonus Stage 4 Freezing Aura.

It's actually fairly easy to do but you need some luck to get two powerups. The way I did it is collect one ice powerup and then keep switching until second one dropped. Then shoot both ice powerups at two layers of spheres to get the achievement. You can repeat this at every single stage until you get it.
