Fighting Vipers: Jane
It's impossible. I can deal with the combos, the power moves but I can't figure out how to handle the grabs. She grabs you from halfway across the screen when you're punching her in the face with a power shot. I spent 30 minutes fighting her before I looked it up and realized you don't need to beat her for the towngo.

I tried to just grab against her with Picky no matter what she did. Power move, I grabbed. Combo, I grabbed. Block, I grabbed. Nothing worked. but she could interrupt everything I did to grab and it would take 35%+ of my health on every move. I would like to know if anyone beat her. I never won a single round. I got close but she could powerslide and I couldn't even block the move.

I'm not that good at fighting games and had pretty much the same experience (albeit with regular judgement). Massive difficulty spike on Jane for sure.

Because fighting game AI is known for being always completely fair to the point where it can be compared to real players, genius.

Well 90s and early 2000s fighting AI was really nasty at times though too. Like most arcade games. They weren't designed to be beaten by anything less than a hardcore player, so they could make more money out of retries

Yeah I was being sarcastic, arcades were unfair as hell unless you got to change the AI difficulty, and even then SF2 Turbo in US was broken and always set to max. Don't even get me started on MK2.
