when can I invest in that omega hug sp boost thing?

I alrdy got the beta n alpha ver but I cant find the omega one even in the quickstarter app its not there I cant invest in it

I think you have to wait a while, maybe by advancing the main story.

I was in prem mode at the time it can't be bkz of story progression. It was there to invest in after I got couple of the alpha ver.
